High Sheriff’s award for the playground

On Sunday 2nd April we were honoured to be guests of the High Sheriff of South Yorkshire at the Legal Service at Sheffield Cathedral, followed by luncheon in Cutler’s Hall.  We met some of South Yorkshire’s top VIPs from the judiciary, local authorities, Police and Fire Services, universities, business and industry and a succession of Master Cutlers.

After luncheon and speeches we were presented with an award from the High Sheriff in recognition of the work we do at Pitsmoor Adventure Playground and received much support and congratulations from those that were there. It was great to be able to tell people about the adventure playground and invite them to come and visit!
