Big slide appeal hits target

Staff and children at the playground were overwhelmed today when national anti-knife campaigner Teresa Cave dropped in and presented us with £1000.  Teresa said, “I have never witnessed a playground work as well as this one at Pitsmoor. It was clear to me after ten minutes I needed to help and I truly wish we could replicate this playground across the country.”

This generous donation means we have now achieved our target of raising £5000 for a new big slide on the site!  Watch this space for more news on the installation of the slide.
